PW will hosting the 7th sort-a annual rugby banquet and hall of fame induction. It is also the 10th anniversary of the 1999 PW 7s National Championship and the 20th anniversary of the club's appearance in the national championship game.

PW took it's 2-2 season record into Harrisburg last Saturday to play the 3-1 Blue Rams. It was our last match and league game of the season. We lost a couple of key players to injury and travel commitments, so we are were concerned about the turnout. The forecast was sunny and bright for the boys from PWRFC.

Philadelphia Whitemarsh RFC (8-0) completed their undefeated season with an exclamation point in a 78-12 win over Wilkes Barre RFC (4-4). With the win, PW was crowned EPRU Division III champions and earned a #1 seeding for the MARFU playoffs in the spring. Nine players accounted for 12 tries for PW and flanker Kevin Denehy won Man of the Match honors for PW.
