Thursday night touch rugby sessions will continue this summer at 8 p.m., Heuser Park, KOP. Heuser Park is located on Geerdes Blvd. in King of Prussia. Bring boots and rugby shorts.

PWRFC is playing sevens vs. Lafayette College 5/20 at Heuser Park in KOP.

We have the field from 8 p.m. to close. This means warm-ups begin at 8 due to field restrictions. Kick-off will start shortly after due to the time.

The Beef and Beer originally scheduled for May 2 has been moved to June 6. It will be 6 p.m. at Barnaby’s in Aston, Pa. from 6 to 10 p.m.

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will take place Wednesday June 10th. We will elect officers and go over club business and finances. This is our most important meeting of the year and all members should attend.

PW and Brandywine at Scrum for Six

Philly-Whitemarsh played two matches with Brandywine RFC May 2 during the annual Scrum for Six tournament. The PW regular men's side defeated Brandywine 32-15. 

PWRFC Old Boys

The annual Scrum for Six is this Saturday and PWRFC is fielding an old boys team. The old boys will kick off at 11 a.m., followed by the men's side against Brandywine. Also on hand will be the Legends to witness all the action as the great tradition of PW rugby plays out on the fields of the Brandywine RFC.

With the win over Severn River on April 18, PWRFC traveled to Mechanicsville, Va. on April 25 to play reigning D2 national champion Rocky Gorge in the semifinals. The club suffered a loss, falling 38-7.

On Saturday April 18, PWRFC hosted Div. 2 South #3 Severn River in round one of the MAC playoffs, handing the boys from Annapolis, MD a 62-21 defeat.

Saturday, April 25th at Southmoore Golf Club in Bath, PA - 1:00 PM shotgun start - Registration and lunch starting at 11:30 AM. The tournament raises money for the George B. Yasso Memorial Fund for seniors at Liberty, Freedom and Bethlehem Catholic High Schools.
